Hi I got a PS5 today and my NAT type is set to type 3 so I cannot play online. I have a ZTE MC801A router.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps like upnp and port forwarding to no avail. I would appreciate support on fixing this as Three advertise this 5G broadband for online gaming which I cannot do at present.

Thanks for posting this here, I can see you have also commented on a previous thread and I can also see you have contacted us via PM so I am going to pop back to you there to get this sorted.
did they fix this yet? It's ruining our Ps5 gaming right now. Keeps darting between NAT 2 and 3. Upnp doesnt work.. DMZ doesn't work. APN didn't work.
