I top up my number on 14th March, but today (16th March) around 1 AM, I suddenly do not have any allowance and do not have access to text, phone and internet!!! This is not making any sense. Can you fix this????

I have a payg account just for a bit of WiFi in the mobile And like anyone else I top it up every month. My partners phone has stopped working as well. Everyone has been using hotspot from my phone as I have a bill pay phone with three. IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH THREE!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS
Looks like they are working on resolving the issue, I just hope that they sort out the credit as well as the allowances

topped up the14th and today I had 35 euro drained out of my account. I have to be without data tomorrow since I cant top up in fear ill get charge again and this is a big issue for me since I need to use my phone data for work. Not being able to contact them today because its sunday it’s so frustrating. So anxious about this whole situation
I'm skeptical whether they will reimburse any credit lost. I wonder if this has only affected legacy 3prepay customers, and if this was a way of them "flushing" credit from those legacy customers. Anyway, if I don't get the lost credit back, I'll be moving to a different network.
Im skeptical as well, but it would be very serious that they dont, I read some texts in this thread of people losing more than 80 or 90 euro. I will also be moving to a different network if this is not solved before tomorrow afternoon, resolved meaning credit back
Exactly the same issue here, all my credit disappeared overnight.
So I just discovered my data works cause im not home and I have internet. However my credit hasnt been reimbursed and when I go to the detailed usage all the charges are gone…like it never happened, but I still lost more than 35 euros… anyone here has the credit back into their account or still has access to the charges that were made on data?
