Vodafone Ireland have recently started issuing ESims in ROI. I think Three should follow suit soon, handsets such as iPhone only allow dual sim using one of these
@Browni Hi there! Thanks for providing your feedback. We totally understand that there is a high demand for eSIMs and this is why we want to ensure that when it's released, there are no hiccups or bumps in the road. As it's still being worked on, I can't provide any specific details or an exact timeframe which I know is not what you want to hear, but we will provide more information once we have concrete details closer to its release.
Hi, It would be a sign of Goodwill if Three arranged to “Unlock” iPhones with eSim facility for customers still “In Contact”, so we can use second number with Vodafone. Thanks
Ahh ok. I haven’t bought from Three in years. Another major annoyance is the fact that they don’t sell the higher capacity Pro Max models, it’s Mind-boggling, but buying direct can work out better value and they’re fully unlocked.
You save a bit alright in the states (not as much as years ago though 😞 Would iPhones have 5G band issues though, as they use different bands in the US.
