If I have a better router ( one that maybe costs €800 ) will my 4G Internet work better or will a antenna on the roof be better, can some verify this 100%

Hi @novicfps 👋 having a more expensive router is no guarantee you'll have a better 4G connection.  Have you considered our tech installed 5G broadband? If you click here and input your address you'll be able to check the availability in your area.

Hello, I was checking the 5G options on the three site, did I read it properly, it said 20 euro month for a 5G option,, is this a home broadband package or is it a mobille broadband package. The mobile package, can I use the sim card in a router , is 5G better MBS compare ro 4G, will i get a better signal with my router, also where do they put the antenna does it go on the roof or on the side of the house . Have you seen video of the instalation, also what antenna do they use, can you show my what type it is

@novicfps Can I get a link for the €20 offer you're looking at? For using a mobile SIM in a router you can do this but it's not guaranteed that you'll get a constant signal, the main reason being that the SIM is a mobile SIM which is designed for use in a phone. 5G service comparably would be better than 4G as it allows for greater speeds. 

Using the link Stacey gave above to show our broadband plans, we have two versions we offer with our self-install or tech install. For the self-install version, the router provided is the THREE 5G HUB ZTE MC801A. For the tech install, there is a router & antenna provided but they are installed by an installation expert. For details on the router & antenna check out our Huawei 5G CPE WIN Router. For the installation of the antenna that would be up to the installation expert to advise where would be the best place to attach it.

@Three_Stacey  I was at the three store and was told the option I was  looking at was 5 g phone option, I do top up my phone and broadband sim, could you tell me how to get my iphone online, my mobile number is not subed  to any deal , like thec28 days on my broadband number , will I still be able to get this option for my mobile number. Hi @novicfps yes, getting 3 Prepay 20 set up on a prepay mobile sim is possible. If your mobile number is already with Three, this can be done through your My3 account. Please have a look at our blog All About My3 and Prepay or How to: Choose a Prepay plan.
